1. Email Deletion Request:
- Send your Name and the email ID used for registration to support@1618wear.com.
- Upon receiving the request, we’ll verify and confirm the account deletion.
- In some cases, you may receive a unique link to your registered email for initiating the deletion process.
2. Mobile App Deletion:
- Log in to the Mobile App and go to the “SETTINGS” tab at the bottom.
- Choose “Account & Security” and select “Delete Account”.
- Confirm the deletion; all account data will be permanently removed from our systems.
Note:
Deleting your account will also remove associated data, including any token (s) and registered wearables.
Any payment transactions using the wearable will cease. To resume, re-register account and wearables to add payment information.
